Stanislaw Ptak, 94, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on Friday December 10, 2021 at Harbor Oaks Golden Years Assisted Living Facility.  He was born on February 22, 1927 in Widelka, Poland to the late Wojciech and Maria Chrusciel Ptak.

A Visitation will be held from 6-8pm with the Vigil Service being held at 7:00pm all on Tuesday December 14, 2021 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange, Florida 32127.

Additional Services will be held at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with Kirk & Nice Funeral Home (333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006, phone # (215)354-0085) handling the arrangements.
