Shirley Mae Robinson

1932 - 2021

Shirley Mae Robinson passed away peacefully on December 30 ^th , 2021, at the age of 89.   She was born in Culpeper Virginia on October 6 ^th , 1932, the daughter of James and Rosie Dellinger.

She married Franklin Robinson in 1960 and lived in Washington DC where she worked for the National Bank of Washington as a credit adjuster.  When Frank passed in 1981 she relocated to Orange City, FL to be closer to her mom and sister.  She spent several years working for the Duvall Home in Deland FL where she formed many great long-lasting friendships.  Shirley was an avid reader and enjoyed shopping and Caribbean cruise adventures with her family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Roger Lebel of Youngsville, NC.  Grandsons Brandon, Tyler and Ryan and great granddaughter Lucy.  Son, James Robinson of Sanford, FL.  Her sisters Janet Beach of Deland FL and Frankie Stewart of Atlanta GA.  Stepdaughter Linda Cheshire of Harlingen TX and Stepson Frank Robinson of Lynchburg VA and many great nieces and nephews.
