Shirley Oransky Obituary

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Alice Oransky, of Hamilton Square, NJ, beloved mother and grandmother, who left us peacefully on June 3rd, 2026. at the age of 93. She was born on March 10, 1933 in Cowansville, Quebec, Canada, to Violet Lily Poll. Shirley’s work history included time at Revlon in Edison, NJ and as a pharmacy tech in Trenton, NJ.

Shirley was first married to Alexander Sudul, with whom she welcomed Michael Joseph and Sandra Ann into the world. After divorce, she later married Dominick Tufariello, with whom she welcomed Nicola Louisa into the world. After Dominick’s death, she found companionship, joy and marriage with Herman Samuel Oransky who remained a loving presence in her life until Herman’s death on June 7, 2023.

Shirley is survived by son Michael of Dayton Beach, Florida and his two sons Evan and Sean residing in Massachusetts. A daughter Sandra Ann residing in Whiting, New Jersey. A daughter Nicola and her husband Terry of Daytona Beach, Florida and their children Joseph, Michael (Nikki), Laura (Steve) and Erica, also Laura’s children Chance and Julian.

Shirley will be deeply remembered for her dedication to her grandchildren. Shirley loved to travel with Her husband Herman. She even tried cruising with Nicola, Terry and Erica. Shirley shared her love of pets particularly cats with her children.

Shirley will be interred with her husband Herman in Greenwood Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Halifax Humane Society of Daytona Beach.
