Shirley was born into this life on December 6 1932 to C. Wilbert Dutter and Bessie Dutter in Pottsville PA. She moved to this area in 1994 from Altamonte Springs Fl. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Deland. Shirley enjoyed gardening and traveling.

She is preceded in death by parents C. Wilbert Dutter and Bessie Dutter.
