Sharon was born Sharon Lynn Cunningham in Baltimore, Maryland.  She lived in Glen Burnie, Maryland until her marriage. Sharon passed away on January 24, 2024 after a brave fight with cancer.

Sharon was married to her husband Philip M. Carter for 47 years. They retired in 1990 moving to Florida where her husband was raised.  They traveled the United States for a number of years. They spent winters in Mesa, Arizona and summers in Eastern Maryland.

Sharon is survived by her loving sister Joann Catramados and her husband Steve Catramados. They were extremely helpful and supportive during her illness.

Sharon became very interested in exercise programs for many years.

A get together of friends and relatives in in the planning stage at this time.
