It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shane Redmond, who left us unexpectedly on December 18th at the age of 26. Shane was a beloved son, brother, and friend, whose presence touched the lives of all who knew him.

Shane was born on November 6th in Morristown New Jersey, and throughout his life, he embodied kindness, compassion, and a true love for the people around him. He had a remarkable ability to bring joy to any room, with his infectious laugh and generous heart. Whether it was through his passion for football, his dedication to his work, or his unwavering support for his family and friends, Shane made a lasting impression wherever he went.

Shane was known for his wit, humor, and kindness, and his legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched. He will be dearly missed by his beloved girlfriend Alex Rodrigue and his entire family.

In addition to his family, Shane's love for motorcycles was central to his life. His commitment to supporting his friends and family was evident in all he did, and his impact on those around him will not be forgotten.

A Visitation will take place from 10 to 11 AM with a Funeral Service at 11 AM on Monday, December 23rd, 2024 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, 386-673-1100. A Reception will follow at Lohman Ormond. The family asks that you bring a photo of a great memory shared with Shane.

Shane's life was a testament to the beauty of living fully and loving deeply. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will forever be cherished, and his spirit will continue to guide and inspire those he left behind.
