Sebastian Jones, 2 years 5 months, passed away on March 28, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.

Visitation for Sebastian will be held on Thursday, April 02, 2015 between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home Deland.

Funeral service for Sebastian will be held on Friday, April 03, 2015 at 12:00pm also at Lohman Funeral Home Deland with Interment to follow at 2:00pm at Ebenezer Lutheran Church Cemetery, Pierson , FL.
