Sandra Luna, 83, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026. 

She was born on December 7, 1942, in Louisville, KY, to Chester Louis Meisner and Elizabeth Meisner. After graduating from Leesburg High School, Sandra enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served three years. After serving three years in the Marine Corps, she pursued a career as a paralegal secretary. 

In 1996, Sandra married Jose Luna, and together they built a beautiful life and shared 30 years of marriage.

Sandra will be deeply remembered for her warm sense of kindness, unwavering work ethic and infectious laugh. Outside of work, she enjoyed reading, she always had a book in her hands. She also took joy in being around the people she cared so much for. 

Sandra is survived by Jose Luna, Mike Milo, Anthony (Tony) Milo, Regina Sipple, Barbara Sheets, Nancey Brown, David Meisner, Jim Meisner, her grandchildren Anthony Milo II, Athena Milo, Elizabeth Milo, Kayla Milo, Brandon Spencer, Garrett Milo and Cole Milo. She was preceded in death by Chester L. Meisner, Elizabeth Meisner, Louis C. Meisner, Grace Wampler and Charles R. Milo.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 19, 2026, at 11:00am at Lohman Funeral Home, located at 733 W. Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. All who knew Sandra are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.
