Salvatore F. Pitti 72 of Palm Coast FL died Monday April 11 2005 at Flagler Pines Nursing Home Bunnell FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church at 10:00am on Friday April 15 2005 with Rev. John Tetlow as celebrant. Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday April 14 2005 at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
Mr. Pitti was born in NY NY and moved to this area in 1984 from Merrick Long Island NY. He was a plumbing contractor in Merrick for over 50 years and owned Whaleneck Plumbing and Heating and later was President of Dial-A-Plumber in Palm Coast FL.
He was a US Air Force Veteran member of the Wantagh Masonic Lodge NY Rotary Club in Merrick NY and the Italian-American Social Club of Palm Coast for the past 13 years.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years Christine; his 4 daughters; Katherine Brunelle and Kimberly Pitti of Palm Coast Mary Pallotta of Wantagh NY and June Barbarito of Ponte Vedra FL 5 sons; Dennis Pitti of Tampa FL forever in our hearts and prayers David Pitti of Bellmore NY Thomas Laura of Ormond Beach Scott Laura of Daytona Beach and Glen Laura of Palm Coast 2 brothers; Thomas Pitti of Belleview FL and Anthony Pitti of Port Orange 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
