Ruth Elizabeth Redmore 98 of Holly Hill FL passed away January 7 2012 at Florida Hospital Oceanside Daytona Beach. A memorial service will be held at _________ on January __ 2012 at Bishops Glen 900 LPGA Blvd. Holly Hill. Inurnment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.
Ruth was born on December 31 1913 in Moravia NY and relocated to Volusia County in 1992 from Newfane NY. She was a retired Registered Nurse having worked at several hospitals in New York. She was also a homemaker and enjoyed oil painting crocheting sewing.
Ruth is survived by her son Gary R. Redmore and his wife Wendy Logros of Sarver Pennsylvania her daughter Joanne Redmore and her husband CR Myers of Rochester New York by three brothers Richard Armstrong of Daytona Beach Donald Armstrong of New York and Frank Satterly of Daytona Beach by two sisters Shirley Scanlon and Doris Hathaway both of S. Daytona Beach by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Malcolm Redmore.
