Ruth Grace Messner 78 of Ormond Beach passed away on Monday March 7 2011 at
Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach. A Celebration of
Life Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday March 11 2011 in The Ormond
Beach Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes 733 W. Granada Boulevard.
Ruth was born on September 30 1932 in Detroit Michigan to Albert and Louise
Vartabedian.
She was a member of the Ormond Beach Elks Lodge and she loved gardening.

Survivors include her sister Sylvia M. Cowhy of Ormond Beach; and Brother
Edward Vartabedian of Phoenix AZ.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clayton of 25 years her sister Alice
Bishop in January 2009 and her brother Alex Vartabedian in February 2010.
