Russell W. Downing Jr. 47 of Palm Coast passed away Friday August 8 2008. Born in Annapolis Md. On April 4 1961 Russell was a Harley rider and loved to ride for charity poker runs. He worked for the city of Flagler Beach. He loved to laugh hang out with friends play horse shoes go to the beach tend to his garden and especially loved his dog Breanne. He is survived by his wife Luanne with whom he has been together for twenty-four years sons Anthony (Wellesley) and Daniel (Nicole) of Palm Coast grandchildren Emily and William Crush Downing and one more on the way father Russell Sr. a snowbird who splits his time between Fellsmere Fl. and Michigan and brothers Kirk (Melinda) of Stuart and Dale (Kathy) of Fellsmere and sister Rhonda (Steve) Wurtz of Michigan. Visitation will be held Wed. Aug. 13 from 6-8 PM and Thur. Aug. 14 from 1-7PM with the funeral to follow at 7 PM at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
