Memorial Service for Roy Pearson 72 of Ormond Beach who died on Wednesday April 19 will be held Saturday April 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the Ormond Beach Union Church 56 N. Beach Street. Roy was born on May 25 1933 in Brookline MA and in 1972 moved to this area with his family. Roy worked for the Ormond Beach Police Department for 23 years. He was a member of the Daytona Beach Orchid Society and a life member of the Ormond Yacht Club. Roy is survived by his wife of 49 years Carole his two sons Robert of Ormond Beach and Leslie of Hubert NC and also his brother Robert of Fairfield AL.
