Roy T. Derek, 95, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Monday, May 6, 2024.  He was born on February 9, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York and honorably served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Roy is survived by his wife, Janice "Jaye" Derek; daughter, Maureen Castro (husband, Robert Castro); son, Richard S. Derek (partner, Dale O'Buck); brother, Joseph DiSiena; grandson, Sean Harris Derek (wife, Laura Derek); and other extended family and friends.

Services will be held privately at a later date.
