A Celebration of Life for Roxanne Jaquish, 52, of Ormond Beach Florida will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel at 1:00 p.m., with Chaplin Mark Spivey officiating. There will be visitation from 12 pm until the time of service. Roxanne passed away Wednesday February 3, 2016 at Halifax Hospice Center. Burial will take place at Smicksburg Lutheran Cemetery in Smicksburg, PA.

Roxanne is survived by her husband, Joseph (Jake) Jaquish, two sons, Clay Edward Sapp, US Navy, Sean Michael Sapp, Ormond Beach, her parents Douglas and Rosemary Powell, Ormond Beach, a brother Douglas Powell, Palm Coast, and a grandson, Brodie Sapp.

She was born at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina on January 30, 1964. While in high school she was a cheerleader, played softball and was a member of The National Honor Society.

While in Florida Roxanne had several jobs including dispatcher and then Comptroller for the Port Orange Police Department. She then worked for Walgreens Pharmacy as a Pharmacist Technician; and then worked at Florida Hospital in the Pharmacy.

Memorial donations can be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
