Rosella Frisby Welsh, 73, a resident of Daytona Beach, FL. passed away on January 01, 2021. Rosella was born in Marshall, N.C. to Swan and Rose Frisby in 1947 and moved to this area from her hometown in 1959. Her work locally included time with BonsWorth, the Riviera Hotel, and Votran Services. Rosella was a member of The Order of The Eastern Star for 35 years and a long-time member in the congregation of Peninsula Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Richard K. Welsh, her sister, Carolyn Frisby, her 2 sons Bill and Scott Self and her 13 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held for Rosella on Saturday January 16 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona beginning at 10am. Those who wish may also leave condolences for the family here online.
