Rose Dolzani 97 of Palm Coast Florida passed away on September 22 2013 at Flagler Pines Nursing Home Bunnell Florida. A Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday October 2 2013 from 11:30 am until the Memorial Service at 12 noon at the First Baptist Church Palm Coast 6050 Palm Coast Parkway NW. Palm Coast FL . Rose was born and raised in Pennsylvania. At the age of 16 she moved to New York where she took a job as a housekeeper and then worked as a waitress for many years. At the age of 75 Rose moved to Palm Coast Florida. In Florida Rose took up Ballroom dancing. She attended dancing school and together with her partner Ben really excelled with their learned skills. Rose was a member of the Ballroom Dance Club Palm Coast and the VFW Ladies auxiliary. She lived to dance take care of her beautiful home and enjoy her family. Rose was preceded in death by her beloved companion Bennett Wightman all of her five siblings and her son in law Fred Barone. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Barone of Palm Coast niece Rosemarie Inama of Pennsylvania nephew Edward Valentine and his wife Joann of Pennsylvania. Rose was also the loving grandmother to her granddaughter Joan Rizzo and her husband James and great granddaughter Olympia.
