Rose Chacona of Ormond Beach formerly of Chicago IL and Oil City PA passed away on Tuesday January 31 2012 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving daughters Joyce Adams of Morgantown WV and Jayne Snebold of Gibsonia PA. She was preceded in death by her mother Angelina father John Caponigro brothers; Laurence Caponigro Fred Caponigro sisters; Mary Coomes Anne Gilio Antonette Wagner Marjorie Martinak and beloved husbands; Walter D. Milbrandt and Harry G. Chacona.
She is survived by her two daughters three grandchildren; Sean Adams Elizabeth Adams and Erika Schneider. Three great grandchildren; Ben and Drew Schneider and Noelle Snebold. Also many nieces nephews a brother-in-law Paul Martinak many friends and her favorite pet Gigi.
Her passions were golf tennis and bridge.
