Rosalie Diane Ferry

August 13, 1945 – February 3, 2026

Rosalie Diane Ferry of Ormond Beach, FL passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 80. She was born on August 13, 1945, and lived a life rooted in love, family, and quiet strength.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Ferry; her son, Joel Chiet; her parents, Bernard and Minnie Strasnick, and two of her brothers, Arthur Strasnick and Mark Strasnick.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Debra (Doug) Wilson of Wellington, Florida, and Sheryl Meisel of Bellingham, Massachusetts; her brother, Sheldon Strasnick of Medway, Massachusetts; nine cherished grandchildren, and eight adored great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild on the way. She also greatly enjoyed spending time with her extended family including her treasured nieces and nephews.

Family was the heart of Rosalie's life. She took immense pride in her children and grandchildren and found her greatest joy in being surrounded by those she loved, including her close friends she made over the years.

She will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and her infectious laugh, as well as the steady presence she offered to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

In lieu of flowers, Rosalie's family respectfully requests that donations be made in her memory to Trustbridge Hospice at Gerstenberg, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407, or Congregation B'Nai Torah, 403 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

A Graveside Service will be held Sunday, February 8, 2026 2PM at Daytona Memorial Park, Daytona Beach, FL.

Rosalie Diane Ferry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered, always held close in the hearts of her family and friends.
