A message from Ismael Perez:

Today, October 3rd, 2023, is the third day since her death. I have always loved her, but she does not belong to me anymore. Now, she belongs to God, where she will rest in peace. For 67 years, she was the owner of my life, and I complied with those rules. I promised her to share our lives til death do us apart, and God our Lord took her away from me. Rest in peace in the name of the Father, his Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Rosa Iris Tirado - Ismael Perez - April 7th, 1956, Saturday.

Rosa Iris Tirado Perez, 89, of Deltona, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023. She was born on June 20, 1934 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Agapito Tirado and Herminia Acevedo.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Agapito Tirado and Herminia Acevedo; and her siblings, Pura Josefa Tirado Diaz, Miguel Angel Tirado Acevedo, and Felicita Tirado Acevedo.

Rosa is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Ismael Perez; her daughters, Rosa Iris Vantapool and husband Jesus, Lillian Perez, and Beatrice Perez; her sister, Ramona Morales; her grandchildren, Odemaris Byrd, Bryan Daniel Wilkerson, Travis Ismael Wilkerson, Brittany Leatrice Wilkerson, Beatrice Vantapool, and Laura Ashley Perez; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Bryan Wilkerson and Jia Paige Wilkerson.

A visitation will take place on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, the funeral service will immediately follow. Interment will take place at 2:00 pm at DeLand Memorial Gardens.
