Ronald "Ron" Lee Street 66 of Ponce Inlet Florida passed away August 18 2010. A memorial service in his honor will be on Saturday August 21 at 6pm at Winterhaven Park on the beach. In keeping with his spirit and special charm casual attire is requested. Ron was born in Atlanta Georgia to Frank and Helen Street. Ron attended Georgia Military Academy and graduated from Therrell High School in 1962. The next chapter of his life was in the United States Navy where he served honorable for four years (1962 - 1966). He began working at Delta Airlines in Atlanta when it was a small regional carrier until he retired in 2001. After retirement he moved to Ponce Inlet Florida in 2006. He loved his family. He was a great husband and father. His family remembers him as the ultimate handyman. He loved people making friends and his personality attracted them for life. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his brokenhearted wife Sheila whom he married on September 29 2001. Sons: Craig and Kevin. Daughter: Rhonda and her husband Donny. Granddaughters: Savannah Shelby and a new baby on the way.
