Obituary

Ronald L. Clark, 92, of Deltona, Florida (Formerly of Greenville, Pennsylvania) passed away on March 1, 2025. He was born on February 20, 1933 to Rudell and Olive Clark of Greenville, Pennsylvania.

Ronald married the love of his life, Shirley on August 24, 1959. They had three children Gregg, Mark, and Sherry.

Ronald served in the United States Army from 1953-1955. He was an Electrical Manufacturing Draftsman for Westinghouse in Sharon, PA until his retirement in 1983 and then worked as a Draftsman for Siemens in Oviedo, Florida where he retired in 1996.

Ron was known by his family and community as a generous man of action and skilled handyman. As well as time invested in his family, Ron and his wife Shirley were cherished members actively involved with the congregation at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Orange City, FL for decades. After retirement from his career as a draftsman he made it a point to stay busy with home improvement projects and significant investments of time and attention in his family, asserting that he was even busier in retirement with that air of jovial stoicism that he was famous for. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, honesty, and resiliency that his family will cherish and honor forever. He may be gone from this world, but he lit a flame in the hearts of his children and many grandchildren that will shine on forevermore.

Ronald was preceded in death by his loving wife, Shirley, only three months prior to his passing. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Merle, his parents, and his grandson, Brian.

He is survived by his children, Gregg (Ana) Clark, Mark Clark and Sherry Clark James, his grandchildren Derek
James, Jessica Clark, Patricia Clark, Amanda Clark, Ashlyn James and his great-grandchildren Victoria Stevens and Bruce James.

A service will be held at a later date and time, privately
