Roger W. Ernst

Roger Ernst, 78, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2022 at the Bridgeview Center in Ormond Beach, Florida.

He was born on January 14, 1944, in Fall River, Massachusetts to the late Alder and Marie Ernst. A graduate of Jonathan Law High School, in Milford, Connecticut, he celebrated 53 years of marriage to his high school sweetheart, Audrey Ernst. He served as a military police officer in the US Army reserve during the Vietnam War. He worked for retired from Southern New England Telephone (SNET) company and then moved here. In his retirement he enjoyed antique cars, painting biblical and Egyptian art as well as gardening.

Survivors include his Son, Michael Ernst; two brothers Robert and Paul Ernst; and two grandchildren Ethan and Isabelle Ernst.

A funeral mass service will be held at 12:00 pm (noon) on Saturday, January 21, 2023 with the Family receiving friends from 11:30 am until the Service begins at noon in the Chapel at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
