Memorial Services for Robert Watreas age 88 of Ormond Beach who passed away on Sunday November 9 will be held on Thursday November 13 at 6:30 pm at Ormond Beach Senior Center.

Robert was born in Passaic New Jersey and lived there until he joined the United States Army during World War II. He then lived his life as a coalminer and later as a nurse until he retired. Upon his retirement he moved to this area over twenty years ago. Robert was an active participant at the Ormond Beach Senior Center. He was great friends with the membership and the office staff there. He was an avid pool player and enjoyed ballroom dancing.

Robert is survived by his gracious friend of twenty years Josephine Palladino of Ormond Beach; and his sister Anna Check from Enfield Connecticut. He was preceded in death by his three brothers and two sisters.
