Robert L. Sutcliffe, 73 of Daytona Beach, FL, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Emory L. Bennett Veterans Home, Daytona Beach. Robert was born September 6, 1945 in Trenton, New Jersey to Robert and Jane (Willard) Sutcliffe. Robert served his country in the U. S. Navy, serving two tours of duty in Vietnam. Following Vietnam, Robert was employed by Peterbilt trucks in California as parts sales person; from there he went to work at White Motors and Volvo trucks in Greensboro, NC and Columbus, Ohio. He finished his career working with Progressive Insurance as an adjuster in Dallas, TX and Tampa, Fl, he retired in 2008. He is survived by his wife, Teresa, two children, Robert and Michelle, his mother, Jane, two brothers, David and Peter as well as many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be celebrated on Monday, October 15 ^th at 1:00 pm at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
