Robert (Bob) Martines Sr. 82 of Deleon Springs was welcomed home to be with the Lord on November 1st.

He leaves a loving wife of 62 years Joy 3 sons Frank (Linda) Robert Jr. (Emily) Rick (Debbie) one daughter Clelia (Mike) 10 loving grandchildren 2 great-children 1 brother Pat & numerous nieces & nephews.

Bob was a well respected businessman in both NY & Florida. He was very active in his churches in NY & DeLand- St. Peters Catholic Church. He was past president of the Holy Name Society & active with the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid sports enthusiast. Anyone who knew or spoke to Bob always remembered his kind humorous spirit his generosity & his willingness to help those in need. Most of all his smile will provide a lasting memory of a man who lived his life with quiet dignity & integrity in all he accomplished.

The viewing will be Wednesday November 7th from 2pm-5pm & 7pm-9pm. at Lohman's Funeral Home in DeLand. The funeral mass will be Thursday November 8th at 10:00am at St. Peter's Catholic Church in DeLand Florida.
