Robert "Bob" Heiderscheid, 58 of South Daytona, Florida passed away peacefully at home on October 25, 2015. He was born April 30, 1957 in Mason City, Iowa to Harold and Christine (Veuleman) Heiderscheid.

Bob worked ten years with John Hall Honda, followed by twenty-six years with Coggin Deland Honda were he held the position of Shop Foreman and Lead Technician. His love for cars started at the age of sixteen and remained with him his entire life. He loved building Hot Rods, rebuilding computers, and putting his artistic talents to work building fine furniture.

Bob had a great sense of humor highlighted with a remarkable laugh. He was a huge NASCAR fan especially when it came to Bill Elliott. Most of all Bob will be lovingly remembered as a family man and having great taste in music. Bob will also be remembered for his beautiful hair of which he hasn't cut since 1977, only trimmed.

Robert "Bob" Heiderscheid is survived by his wife of 34 years, together for 36+ years, Rose Ann Heiderscheid of South Daytona; his daughter, Megan Heiderscheid of Mt. Vernon, Texas; his sister, Kristi Heiderscheid, and her children, Leo Robert, Lance and Lacy of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a nephew, Michael Esx Heiderscheid, of Wisconsin; his aunt, Rita Heiderscheid Frizzel; cousins, Diane Frizzell Racek and her husband, Bob, Dean Wilberscheid and his children, Stephanie, Andy, and Danni, Jim Frizzell and his wife Nikki, and children, Shannon and Nate, his mother and father-in-law, Doyle and Janie Langford, his brother and sister in-laws, Sam, Mike, and Jim Langford, Dot Baxley, and Sheila Battaglino, as well as 15 nieces and nephews and 13 grandnieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Christine Heiderscheid, and three brothers, Ed, Paul and John Heiderscheid.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 9th at 2:00 pm at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona; 1423 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach. The family will receive friends an hour prior to services. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Honoring Bob and serving as his pallbearers his brother-in-law, Sam Langford, and nephews, Troy Langford, Charley Munsell, Ryan Horton, Friends, Zach Blalock, and Randy Crabtree.
