Robert Gormley Jr. 49 a long-time resident of Daytona Beach passed away tragically on April 24 2010. He was born on December 26 1960 in Woburn MA. and moved to the Daytona area in 1982 where he was employed as a butcher with Food Lion in Ormond Beach. He has since held various jobs as a cook in the Volusia County area. He enjoyed the beach as well as gathering with his friends at the Quality Inn in Daytona. He would never turn down the opportunity to lend a hand to those in need and was liked by many. He is survived by his mother Brenda Gormley; sisters Brenda Cullinane and her husband David of Wilmington MA. Stephanie Di Pietrantonio and her husband Roy of Port Orange Debbie Gormley and Paul Holub of Ormond Beach; nieces Casey and Ava; nephews Nick Zak Vincent and Michael. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Gormley Sr. Services will be private.
