Robert W."Bob" Fremont Sr.
82 Passed away on April 13 2008 at his home in Good Samaritan ALF He was a resident of Port Orangefor the last 35 years. He was born in Flushing New York
Bob has left behind a legacy of love. He was a passionate and generous patriarch to family friends and church. Bob touched many communities; Good Samaritan All Saints Lutheran Church Bel Canto Singers South Daytona R/C Model Yacht Club. He served on the Halifax Urban Ministries Board with the Gideon's International as well as other fraternal and community organizations. He served in the Navy in the South Pacific during WWII. He enjoyed a forty-seven year career as a financial planner; holding a seat on the Boston Stock Exchange. He enjoyed sailing wind surfing singing playing a vibrant game of chess and was an avid reader.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Evelyn who resides in the Hope Center at Good Samaritan. He also leaves behind his children and their spouses Robert W. "Dale" Fremont Jr.& Lynne Fremont Altamonte Springs Fl; Paul & Donna Fremont Port Orange FL; Laura Fremont & Michael Fallon Los Angeles CA; Elana & Lawrence Moore Concord NC; as well as his granddaughters Jacqueline Rachel & Elizabeth Moore Concord NC and Aymee & Kari Fremont Port Orange FL. Bob is also survived by his cousins nieces nephews and brothers& sisters-in-laws along with many dear friends.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday April 16 2008 from 6-8PM at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at All Saints Lutheran Church 751 Dunlawton Avenue Port Orange on Thursday April 17 2008; 10:00 AM with Int. Pastor Perry Hannon officiating. Internment will follow at Daytona Memorial Gardens.
