Robert M. Day III "Bob", 47 of Daytona Beach Shores passed away on August 9, 2014. A visitation will be held between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. on Friday August 15, 2014, at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174. The funeral service will begin in the chapel at 2:00 P.M.
Robert was born on July 22, 1967 in Evansville, Indiana. Following his high school graduation he enlisted in the United States Army. He worked locally as a finance manager for a local automotive dealership. Robert enjoyed riding his Harley, having a goodtime, spending time with family and friends. Robert was a member of the American Legion and Order of Free Masons in Booneville, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn A. Miller-Day. Robert is survived by his father, Robert M. Day II; twin brother, Lawrence "Buck" (Polly) Day; sisters, Tammie (Steve) Baer, Mary Ann (Kevin) Stansberry; children, Robert J. (Laura) Day, Nicole B. Day, Allie M. Day, Kylie M. Wimsett, Jacob C. Wimsett, Deveney C. Gill; grandchildren, Joscelyn Day, and Holden Day. He also leaves behind many extended family members, and friends.
