Robert Burton 86 of Ormond Beach passed away on June 13 2011. Robert was a proud Navy Veteran. He worked for Bethlehem Steel in Baltimore Maryland in transportation. Robert was an avid antique collector having several interviews and News-Journal articles on his skills. Robert especially enjoyed restoring antique trunks.

Funeral services with Military Honors will begin at 12 pm Wednesday June 15th with burial to follow at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery.

Robert will be sadly missed by Virginia his loving wife of 52 years. Robert also leaves a dear son James Burton and daughter in law Ann; three beloved grandchildren Kerry Shannon and Brian; and six adored great grandchildren. Robert is predeceased by his parents Beryl and Bess Crawford Burton of Richland Virginia and by his son Bob Burton. Robert will be missed by many extended family members neighbors and close friends.
