Robert (Bob) L. Parham 73 of Daytona Beach Lived Well Laughed Often and Loved Much. Bob passed away with his wife at his side on Saturday January 23 2010. He was born to Domas and Irene Parham in St. George GA. He was married to Patricia for 47 years; they lived in Denver CO and moved to Daytona Beach in 1991. Bob attended the University of Florida and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. As an Entrepreneur he founded P.A.R. Alloy Inc. in 1969 and held several patents in the Utility and Power Generation industry. Bob also served on many boards and contributed to many ganizations. He was dedicated to helping people: Sponsor of a Children's Health Clinic and contributor of the Poorest of the Poor Christmas for Kids in the Philippines; Halifax Medical Foundation Board of Directors. He was a Mason a member of the Liberty Lodge in Boulder CO and was a Clown in the Shriners. He was a Charter Member of the Mile High Stadium Club Denver CO member of the Denver Broncos Quarterback Club.
Former member of the St. Augustine Road Baptist Church and a current member of CrossRoads Baptist Church. Bob was an avid golfer enjoyed fishing and LOVED traveling with his wife. Bob is survived by his loving wife Patricia; his sisters Eunice Bishop of Lansing MI Blanche Miller of Wichita KS Helen Todd and husband Ronald Gerrie Bumpers and husband Harper of Jacksonville FL; sister-in-laws Karen Neilson of Daytona Beach FL Virgie Parham of Tallahassee FL; and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Felix Nolan James Olan Henry Malcolm and sister Bertha Pritchard. A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Monday February 1st 2010 at the CrossRoads Baptist Church 1851 South Clyde Morris Blvd followed by a reception at the Fellowship Hall.
