Memorial services for Robert T. "Bob" Bernard 76 of Port Orange who passed away on November 18 2006 will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday November 21 at the Hospice Care Center chapel in Port Orange. Bob was born to the late Renee and Kathleen Bernard on November 25 1929 in Daytona Beach FL. He served in the U.S. Military during the Korean Conflict and later retired from the Daytona Beach Fire Department. Bob enjoyed fishing and gardening but his most cherished hobby above all was devoting his energies to his family who will miss him greatly. Left to cherish their memories of their lives together are his loving wife of 46 years Mary Jane; children Randy (Tiffany) Bernard of Atlanta GA Kimberly Pollock and Brian Pollock both of Port Orange FL; and two grandchildren Matthew and Joshua Pollock also of Port Orange. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Trail Port Orange FL 32129.
