Rita Mae Prokop, 71 of Port Orange, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 after a valiant battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday April 18 2013 at Spruce Creek Baptist Church 1952 Taylor Road Port Orange Florida 32128.

Rita was born on September 18, 1941 in Harvey Illinois to Enid (Fancher) and Lawrence Eisele. She retired to Port Orange six years ago to be closer to family. Rita was a person full of life and lived every day to its fullest. She enjoyed fishing country and western music and spending time with her family.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother Enid Eisele; brother William Eisele; grandson Wade Hayes; nephew Alan Eisele; nieces: Angela Eisele Laura Tyner Melissa Crawford; cousins Suzie Fisher and Johnny Ghrist. Rita is preceded in death by her father Lawrence Eisele husband William Prokop and daughter Deborah Lynn Hayes.
