A Funeral Service for Richard E. Rudolph age 54 of Cambridge Blvd Port Orange FL will be held Thursday June 1 2006 at the Lohman Funeral Home at 12 Noon with Pastor Jeff Reaves Celebrating. Family will receive friends from 11:00 ? 12:00 PM at the funeral home and a reception at the Daytona Beach Country Club 600 Wilder Blvd. Daytona Beach FL will follow the entombment at Daytona Memorial Park. Mr. Rudolph died suddenly in an automobile accident on Saturday May 27 2006. He was born on February 11 1952 to Jacob E. and Lucille Zimmerman Rudolph in Columbus OH and attended Ohio State University OH. He moved to the Daytona area in 1976 and married Janis on July 15 1978. Rick was a project manager in the construction business through- out Florida. In his spare time he was a Boy Scout leader and enjoyed taking the scouts on camping trips and hikes. He also enjoyed cooking and woodworking. But most of all he loved his family. Rick is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Janis; and 2 children Brandon and Kaitlyn Rudolph of Port Orange FL. His parents Jacob E. Rudolph of Grove City OH and Lucille Zimmerman Baker of Centerburg OH; 3 brothers; Mike and Tommy Rudolph of Grove City OH and Johnny Baker of Columbus OH and 3 sisters Robin Martin of Columbus OH Debbie Rudolph of Waldouneing OH and Kathy Smith of Centerburg OH also numerous nephews and nieces.
