Richard "Ricky" Thomas Aylward

Richard Thomas Aylward, 64, of South Daytona, Florida, passed away on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.  He was born on Wednesday January 1, 1958 in Melrose, Massachusetts to the late John Thomas and Alice Doty Aylward.  Ricky moved to the Daytona Beach area in 2015 from North Carolina after retiring as a Concrete Builder for Blue Haven Pools.  Ricky enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, and betting on the Horse track races.

Survivors include his Wife of 11 years, Janine Judith Espiritu Cruz;  Five Siblings, Jack Aylward, Frank (Lisa) Aylward, Billy Aylward, Joy Aylward and Mark (Lisa) Aylward;  Nieces and nephews, Denise Alvarez, John Malfy, Adam Aylward, Timmy Hamilton, Bobby Hamilton, Matt Aylward and David Aylward; his Very Close Friend, Paul Malfy and his FurBaby Dogs, Zoey and Audrey, whom he loved adored, as well as his two furbabies, Ava and Chops who have already passed away.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, John and Alice Aylward; Brother, Stephen Aylward and Nephew, Brad Aylward.
