Richard John Ragno, 68, died at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Florida Memorial Hospital in Ormond Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Sanchez Ragno, of 13 years; his three stepchildren, Greg Donlin and wife Edna, Brian Donlin and wife Charity, and Barbie Donlin; and two cousins, Rose Marie Wolfe and Maryann O'Reilly.

Born in Yonkers, NY, Richard attended Hunters College in New York, where he earned a masters degree in economics. He worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Celanese America as a computer analyst. He was a gun enthusiast who also enjoyed computers and wine-making.

The visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17, at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W. Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, Fl.
