Richard Thomas Lindberg 65 of Port Orange entered into eternal life
at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday March 3 at the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange with visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. before the service. Burial will be at the Wapping Cemetery in South Windsor CT. The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
Richard was born January 30 1944 in Hartford CT. the son of Irving and Helen (Thomas) Lindberg. Richard served in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1971. He was united in Marriage to Theresa Pelletier on November 6 1965. Richard was employed as a PBX repair man and was a volunteer fireman. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #2723 Eagles lodge #4089 and the Port Orange Horse Shoe Club.
Richard was survived by his loving wife of 43 years Theresa Lindberg of Port Orange and his loving cat Monty. sisters: Patricia Maher of Adams Mass Margaret Crombie and her husband Philip
of South Windsor CT. and several nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends. Every one who knew Richard Loved and respected him.
