Richard "Dick" Beazley 75 of Astor passed away on Sunday December 18 2011 at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares FL. A Visitation will be held from 1-3 P.M. Friday December 23 2011 with the Funeral Service being held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday December 23 2011 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond.
Dick was born on March 4 1936 to Roy and Kathleen Beazley in Sarasota FL. He was raised in Palm Beach and the Daytona Beach area.
A veteran he served his country proudly in the National Guard and shot the best out of 800 men.
In 1972 he established and founded "All Florida Plumbing & Electric" and "B&B Well Drilling" two businesses in the Daytona Beach area which he proudly operated alongside his family.
He was a member of the Bass Club in Astor. He was an avid fisherman who loved his guns and gambling.
Survivors include his wife of 55 ½ years Wanda whom he married on June 2 1956; two sons Richard II "Hank" (Michelle) of Ormond Beach and Clayton I "Clay" (Kim) of Ormond Beach; daughter Teresa (Donny) Schaefer of Fort White FL; sister Jeanne (John) Wocking of Tampa FL; Nine grandchildren Clay II Hank (deceased) Danielle Scott Alexa Crystal Kayla T.J. and Avery; and Nine great-grandchildren Alyssa Cainan Brighton Beckett Jacob Ethan Jacob Joshua and Brielle.
