Born on March 31 1957 in Baleno Masbate Philippines to Antonio and Josefa Sia (deceased) Renato moved to the area in 1982 coming from the Philippines. He was a certified Medical Technologist in Manila Philippines. Renato was preceded in death by a sister Nieva O.
