On October 21st at 12:45am Reginald W. "Reggie" Long of 17 Fairway Court in Deland passed peacefully into eternity with his wife by his side. Mr. Long a native of Buckhannon WV is survived by his wife two sons two daughters five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One son preceded him in death. Retired after 45 years as a railroader Reginald took up bridge. He became an avid player and was delighted to attain the rank of Life Master. He was a member of the Deland Bridge Club. In 2004 Reggie donated his body to the WV University Medical School of Science. There will be no visitation in Deland. A Memorial Service to honor his life will be held in Buckhannon at the family's convenience. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Brad Long Peace Education Fund at West Virginia Wesleyan College 59 College Avenue Buckhannon WV 26201.
