Raymond W.
Savidge
August 19, 1957 – April 3, 2026
Raymond W. Savidge, 68, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on April 3, 2026.
Raymond was born on August 19, 1957, in Camden, New Jersey. He lived a life defined by dedication, kindness, and a deep love for his family and friends.
Raymond proudly served in the United States Navy as a cook, where he developed a lifelong passion for working in the food industry. Throughout his life, he found joy in feeding others, bringing people together through meals, and taking pride in his work.
He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rose, with whom he shared 47 wonderful years of marriage. He was also a loving father to his three children: his son, Ray; his daughter, Marci; and his daughter, Jacqueline; and a dear brother to Rich. His family was the center of his world, and he took great pride in being a steady, caring presence in their lives.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Carole.
Known for having a heart the size of the Grand Canyon, Raymond was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. His generosity and compassion left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
In addition to his love for his family, Raymond had a special place in his heart for the children he helped care for at the daycare. He cherished those relationships deeply, and his warmth, patience, and kindness touched the lives of so many young hearts.
Raymond will be remembered for his selflessness, his gentle spirit, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and in the family who will forever carry him in their hearts.
