Raymond F. Mark 101 of Deland FL went home to be with the Lord on December 3 2010. A Funeral service in his honor will be held Thursday Dec. 9; at 11:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church 700 S. Massachusetts Ave. Deland FL. Interment will follow at Spruce Creek Cemetery Port Orange FL
Born March 23 1909 in Westmoreland NH the son of Fredrick A and Sarah R. Mark He was pre-deceased by his wife of 70 years Mary Sweet Mark; 2 granddaughters: Cynthia Mark and Rachel Emrich and a grandson Jonathon Mark.

Raymond was a long time deacon choir director/member and Sunday School teacher at Eastside Baptist Church. He was president of the Farm Bureau Assoc. of NH 4-H leader school board member and 10 years custodian for Cornish NH Elementary School before moving to Deland in 1978.
After moving to Deland he was the maintenance man at Fairway Village worked picking oranges and joined the Church. He is survived by his 7 children: Lawrence E Mark and wife Mary Alice of Woodstock NY; Donald R. Mark and wife Trena of Winston-Salem NC; Eleanor M. Howard and Husband C. Robert of Concord NH; Fred R. Mark and Wife Jeanne of Kernersville NC; Rebecca J. Narushof and husband Raymond of Berwick ME; Nancy M. Laro and husband Stan of Broadway VA; and Howard E. Mark and wife Diane of Deland FL 2 brothers: David Mark of AZ and Leslie Mark of CA. and a multitude of grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He and his wife were foster parents to over 100 children. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Deland.
