Raymond E. Jones age 80 died peacefully April 23rd at his home in Ormond Beach. Graveside services will be Friday April 29th at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Pittsburgh PA with a visitation on Thursday April 28th from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Mr. Jones was born Sept. 17 1924 in Pittsburgh PA. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in the European Theatre during WWII. He retired from USS Chemicals in Neville Island PA after 30 years of service and moved to this area in 1983. He was a music and art enthusiast and loved golf and woodworking. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Mildred his brother Richard Jones and his wife Frances of Big Pool MD; his brother and sister in laws Fred & Dolores Preik of Ormond Beach FL; his Aunt Georgia Goehring of Pittsburgh PA and his many nieces nephews and cousins.
