Raymond H. Hill's Obituary
Raymond H. Hill 86 longtime resident of South Daytona formerly of West Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday July 22 2013. A service memorializing his life will be held in early Fall.
Raymond will be remembered by his friends and family as a lover of fishing and an avid golfer. Raymond was a proud and Honorable Veteran of World War II in the Pacific Campaign. He was also a longtime member of the United Mine Workers Association.
Raymond was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64years Martha "Arlene" Hill. He leaves behind his beloved Daughters Sharon (J.B.) Weldon of Frederick MD and Eva Hill of South Daytona devoted Grandchildren Heather Simmons James Dye Jr. Justin Dye Staci (Walter) Humbertson Jennifer Dye Sarah (Jeremiah) Ford; fourteen great-grandchildren and close friend and caregiver Danny Rothe. Raymond also leaves behind his favorite cat "Lucille".
