Raymond W. Dunn Sr. of Ormond Beach went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 15, 2015. He was 89.
The son of the late Floyd Dunn and Maude Sarine Dunn, he was born November 10, 1925 in Wurtsboro, NY.
Ray and his wife Carol, who survives, moved to Ormond Beach in 2004, where Ray volunteered at the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center for over eight years, meeting with and helping countless people with his unique personality. He was awarded his 4,000-hour pin just prior to his passing.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 3-7pm at the Lohman Funeral Home, 733 West Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach with a service starting at 5:00pm. Burial was held recently at the Sylvan Cemetery in his hometown of Wurtsboro, NY.
