Raymond W. Batsche 86 of Port Orange passed away on Monday January 3 2011. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 8 2011 at Countryside Lakes 914 Village Trail Port Orange FL at 10am

Raymond was born in Brooklyn New York on September 29 1924 to the late Emma and George Batsche. Following high school Mr. Batsche served in the Merchant Marines during WWII.He married Estelle Flaherty in August of 1948 and they shared 62 wonderful years together. They later moved to Florida in 1967 where he retired from Sears as a Mechanic in their Automotive Department specializing in Heat and Air-conditioning.

Raymond leaves behind to cherish his memory beloved wife Estelle Flaherty Batsche of Port Orange FL; nephew Dr. George Batsche of Tampa FL; Niece Susan Harper of Dripping Springs TX; Grandniece Jennifer Jones of Illinois Grandnephew Jack Harper and a multitude of friends.
