Ramon Torres Bruno 85 of Orange City passed away peacefully in his daughter's home on Saturday October 15 2011. A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday October 28 2011; 11:00 AM at Deland Memorial Gardens 600 Beresford Ave. Deland.

Raymond was born in Vega Bajo Puerto Rico to Miguel Torres Negron and Juana Burno and was a proud Korean War veteran of the US Army stationed in Japan. This hardworking gentleman dedicated his many talents as a carpenter an electrician a mechanic and was the envy of the island with his beautiful orchids and roses. His son Raymond Torres preceded him in death and he is survived by his children; Luz "Cookie" Torres-Maldonado and Anthony (Maria) Towers 7 grandchildren: Cathy Margaret and Walter Towers Jonathon Joanna and Christian Torres and Raymond Anthony and Johan Rivera and 6 great grandchildren.
