Ralph T. Luongo, Jr., 74, of Daytona Beach, passed away on February 27, 2017. A Visitation will be held from 10-11am with the Funeral Service being held at 11am on Fri. Mar. 3, 2017 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Ralph was born on December 31, 1942 in Auburn, New York. He moved to this area in 1983 from Little York, New York. He was owner and operator of "Daytona Exterminators" in Daytona Beach for over 20 years. He attended Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing on the beach, throwing his net, training thoroughbred horses, watching westerns, and was a lover of all animals and music. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Debra; five children, Denise Nichols of Sacramento, CA, David (Carol) Oldenburg of Granite Bay, CA, Elisa Luongo of Port Orange, Rachel (Rick) Cook of Port Orange, and Colleen (Corey) Herendeen of Canandaiguia, NY; two sisters, Beverly Alvaro of Virginia Beach and Marie (Stephen) Yaple of Auburn, NY; three brothers, Rob (Wanda) Gravino of Newark, NY, Rick Gravino of Rochester, NY and Jerry Gravino of Port Orange, six grandchildren, Michael Oldenburg, Nicole Oldenburg, Austin Leonard, Braden Cook, Olivia Herendeen and James Herendeen. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph T., Sr. and Ann Luongo Gravino; Memorial donations may be made in his memory to The Halifax Humane Society, 2364 LPGA Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL 32124.
