Rae Turner Harris,  age 77 of Port Orange passed away on May 1,  2018 while under Hospice Care at her Home.  Rae is survived by her Husband of 58 years Gerry Harris,  Son Stephen Harris & Family,  Edgewater FL,  Daughter Victoria Reed & Family,  Newark OH,   Daughter Susan Harris,  Dayton  OH,  Sister Susan Ruck & Family,  Ormond Beach,  Brother David Turner,  Lafayette, CO,  5 Grandchildren and many Cousins,  Nieces and Nephews.  She was born August 9, 1940 in Kearney NJ to the late Helen H and Campbell B Turner.  Rae graduated from Towson Catholic HS in Baltimore MD where she met her husband Gerry.  She moved with her Family to Port Orange from Dayton OH in 1999.  Rae was a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother who also loved Motorcycling,  the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,  and Dining Out.  She will be deeply missed and remembered by all of the Family and Friends who knew and loved her.  Funeral Services will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, 1423 Bellevue Ave. Daytona Beach, FL, 32114 .  In lieu of Flowers please consider a donation to Halifax Hospice  Port Orange or the Council on Aging Caregiver Respite Program.
